Hugh Edwards started Hedway Travel Consultancy in January 2000, to offer UK and global organisations independent and impartial advice, on how to more effectively manage their Business Travel spend.


With over 39 years industry experience, Hugh is unique in the UK Travel Management Consultancy arena in that he has worked with an Airline, a Travel Agent and a Corporation.


After many years with British Airways, overseas and in the UK, he became the Marketing Director of a leading Travel Agency. He has also been the Travel Manager for a large Norwegian conglomerate.


Hugh Edwards is on the Committee of the Institute of Travel Management (SW) and a member of the Institute of Directors. He sits on panels at Business Travel events and writes articles about travel 'issues' of the day.
